What are the shipping and delivery times?

We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We ship exclusively within the United States. Enjoy free shipping on all orders with standard delivery times of 2–7 business days. In some cases, depending on location or carrier delays, delivery may take up to 7–14 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow your package every step of the way.

How can I track my package?

Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will appear on your order details. You will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your package using the shipping company’s website with your tracking number (for example UPS, USPS, etc.) – or by using universal tracking websites like 17track.net

What happens if the estimated delivery time passed and I still did not receive my order?

Please contact us with your order number ASAP so that we can check and boost the delivery process. You can email us at curlipoos@gmail.com or by using the Contact Us page.

What do I do if my product arrived damaged?

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at curlipoos@gmail.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Can I return my product for a refund?

Sure! We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your refund will be automatically processed as soon as the order returns to our warehouse. We do not charge any return or restocking fees. Whether it’s a return or a size change, you’re fully covered. You only need to handle the return shipping cost.

Please note: We do not accept returns on products that have been used, worn, or damaged through normal pet use. For health and hygiene reasons, certain items like pet beds or grooming tools may be final sale unless defective.

Our prices reflect current supplier rates and may change without notice due to market conditions or promotions. Once your order is placed, the price at checkout is final.

  • We are not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from misuse, improper sizing, lack of supervision, or failure to follow product instructions.
  • Our products are not a substitute for professional veterinary care or training.
